Michael Livesley's work combines storytelling, character, atmosphere and humour - shaped by a lifelong connection to song and spoken-word in live performance.

 

He has composed original music and sound design for productions including Sophie Aldred’s Ace Odyssey, and created the theme and incidental music for Tony Slattery’s Rambling Club podcast, featuring Stephen Fry.

Michael’s compositions range from character-led musical storytelling to thematic scoring and atmospheric sound design, always working in close collaboration with performers and creators.

Project interests include original library music for licensing across film, television and digital media.
